J is an active law enforcement officer with over 20 years experience, most of those have been performing tactical aviation law enforcement and special missions duties. He is experienced in conducting aviation mission planning, as well as the execution of tactical aviation operations, J has conducted multiple high risk aviation and ground based law enforcement and national security operations. His operational experience ranges from high risk warrant service, dignitary protection, emergency response, and search and rescue inside and outside of the United States.
 

J is a National Tactical Officers Association (NTOA) SWAT qualified officer. He is an Aviation Tactics Instructor. J is a law enforcement firearms, use of force, tactics and close quarters instructor, and provides instruction to officers in the field as well as in multiple federal law enforcement academy classes.

J is an experienced Helicopter Rope Suspension Techniques (HRST) Master instructing federal and local agencies in the employment of roping techniques to accomplish their specific missions. J is also an experienced Helicopter Rescue Hoist Airborne Use of Force Instructor.
